Chastity Devices and Airline Travel

Metal put a small item on this site a little while back about chastity control where a guy was to be locked without any knowledge of when of if he was ever to be released. After a small exchange of messages with Metal, he asked me about my experiences of flying whilst locked, so here goes:

My first experience of this was about 15 years back. A good friend was going on holiday, hiking in the USA for about six weeks. He had a device made by a German company called Balbos, this was a stainless steel sphere with a thick collar that split in two (bit like those ball weights).

The sphere was about 3 inches in diameter and heavy, and was designed to enclose the cock and balls, which it did quite tightly when flaccid. The sting, or pain was when my cock got aroused and then put pressure on the balls for the little remaining space within the sphere. It was seriously painful and as the blood took a while to go back was painful for several tens of minutes.

Well, the sphere was fitted before my friend departed and I was going to have to endure for the whole six weeks without any possibility of release as I was in the UK.  I had been locked before but only for a few days at a time. There was nothing on my schedule that would cause any problems until suddenly I was asked to go to the Netherlands for a couple of days work — by plane! I had no choice, simply had to go with the sphere fitted and cope with both pain and the inevitable embarrassments at security.

Departed from London Heathrow, and the first hurdle was the security after check-in. The metal detector went off. It took a little while to get through the brain of the security guy that this would need a visual inspection, so I was taken aside and after he and his supervisor had seen the sphere I was passed as safe and boarded the flight. All went well, landed, did the work and then back to Schipol for the return flight.

Schipol airport has an unusual arrangement for security. You are not checked or security cleared until the last moment before boarding with scanners right at the gate.  So, taking the initiative, I approached the gate desk and asked for a visual search, which turned out to be no problem.  I was taken to a small interview room and the security guy was astonished with what he saw and laughed, then asked “Why would you agree to being locked up like that?”

I was escorted back to the gate and boarded the plane, which being a Wednesday evening was almost empty.  Just after takeoff, one of the cabin stewards approached and very politely asked if it was true that I was wearing something very unusual. After some description, the device was shown and the steward was astonished that his security friend was telling the truth, it was real.  Then followed each of the other male flight crew one after the other to check it out.  Landed safely and without any further incidents.

A couple of years later I had another period of chastity which involved an early polycarbonate design similar to the first CB device. This was worn for almost a year without interruption and was secured by a large, high-security padlock, which triggered every security scanner I went near. This device went to over a dozen European countries without anywhere near as much fun as the passage through Schipol. There followed a few years without any chastity devices and some efforts on my part to find and then to prototype a copy of the Balbos sphere, as that company had ceased trading. The early prototypes were not successful for long term wear, the machining needed to be of much better quality so the project was put on hold for a while.

Another friend who was well aware of my interest in inescapable chastity found another German company called Steelworx, purchased one of their devices and came round to visit. He said nothing until I was secured spread-eagled on a frame where upon he fitted this device, made of stainless steel and similar to the CB devices in design and shape, and locked it, pocketing the key and saying that I really should wear it for a few weeks to get properly used to it.

Having no choice, it was worn for a few weeks, and like the previous padlocked polycarbonate device set off every metal detector I had to pass through.  By then I was completely comfortable and not the slightest embarrassed in dealing with airport security. This device was escape-proof in that there was no safe way out without the key. It was also, like the sphere, completely impossible to wank with it fitted and thus was a secure chastity control.  It was much less painful than the sphere as when arousal happened it only applied pressure to my cock leaving my balls free of pain.

Since then I have again been looking for a long term stainless steel device with totally secure chastity and some more severe pain on arousal, ideally a copy of the sphere.  Have seen the Seedpod but not as yet worn one. Perhaps I will revive the idea of making something myself.

Meanwhile along comes the silicon type of technology and it wasn’t long before I was secured inside a Punisher available from Mr S. This one has a series of moderately sharp points inside the sheath part and so when aroused these dig into the cock and become quite painful and again it takes some time for the blood to recede and the pain to go away. I have been locked in this since the beginning of September 2011, a little over a year now but have still not learned not to get aroused when seeing someone attractive, so still suffering the pain each and every time.

The padlock, although not huge, does trigger most airport scanners!  There have been a couple of more than usually embarrassing examinations at security in Japan’s Narita airport, where a whole team of security guys had to see and agree that it was no threat to the airplane before I was allowed on board.  I have not missed a flight yet but do make the effort to be early rather than late for check-in. I am hoping to be released from this before the end of this year, depending of course entirely on my present keyholder’s pleaures.

However my masochistic tendencies and desire for secure chastity control are still all geared up for a stainless steel device which would crush the balls and put spikes into my cock each time I’m aroused: then all I need to find is a true sadistic bastard to control the key and never let me know if or when I would be released for cleaning or the occasional wank or not. If any of you guys out there know of a device that would fit these requirements please let me know — happy to work with someone to refine any ideas into a product, in exchange for being locked in one!

Once securely locked up again I wouldn’t t expect that the airport security process would be any more difficult than before but would expect the dual pain in cock and balls and the frustration would be worse, and the enjoyment of the keyholder might be more, which is obviously precisely what I’m searching for.

  1. As an operational police officer, dealing with something ‘unusual’ during a person search isn’t a big deal most the time – as people often plug all kinds of things. Of course, I’m experienced in the area, it’s no surprise to me. If a boy is good looking, I can think of worse things to do than a private search. Other colleagues may not be equally as enlightened, but it gives their boring days something to talk about. Still haven’t become a keyholder because of it however, LOL.

  2. I wore chastity through airport security once in the pre-body scanner days–wouldn’t dare try it now. Think about it: There’s already been an *underwear bomber.* The TSA won’t have a sense of humor about it, and I find nothing erotic about the thought of being the center of a baton party in the middle of LAX security.

    1. I agree. Never worn chastity through an airport before and not eager to try it either. It’s a very different world we live in now. At worst, they could force the device off you and conficate it. But a great report, thanks for sharing.

  3. Before scanners I often wore a plastic chastity device through airport security. Having graduated to a stainless steel device, I now put it in my carry-on and install it in the first men’s room I pass. The key is in a sealed envelope. Only once was it questioned.

  4. Have travelled in and out of the UK wearing full steel Carrara belt, as long as you tell them you want a private screening they’re usually ok. Did have one security official in New York who said I had to remove it, when I said the key was at home he gave in!

  5. Am impressed with your extensive experience of enforced prolonged chastity! Which I think is not common. I have had permission to remove my device in the lavatory before passing thru security, to replace it immediately on the other side afterwards, both times providing timed photographic proof – you’re only unlocked for a matter of minutes.
