    1. Yes – it’s a Master Lock Street Cuff. It’s marketed for the cycle/mororbike fraternity with the intention of securely locking expensive “wheels” but of course it doesn’r take too much imagination to think of alternative uses, particularly as the device comes with varying chain lengths.

Incidentally, more suitable as legirons rather than handcuffs (unless of course yo want to use them for locking-up your bike!) as the circumference is fairly large on all the versions that I’ve seen.

        1. That’s an interesting thought – in future when I see one in use I’ll most likely look at the biker in a very different light.

    1. Yes they are available. They are at handcuffwarehouse.com Chicago model 1700 Bagno style handcuffs for $54.60. They have a special for free shipping on orders over $50. Have fun!

    2. It’s a reproduction of an Italian Bagno cuff – manufactured by KUB Industries of Pakistan. It’s excellent quality and – as can be seen from that great pic – very efffective, though best applied behind the back as in the pic, otherwise the wearer has a potentially dangerous weapon on his hands!!
